A drop or knock can crack the screen or kill touch response. On most Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch models the glass, display, and digitizer are one fused unit, so we replace the whole assembly, not the glass alone.
A battery that dies overnight or shuts off in the cold has worn out, so we replace the cell. A swollen battery is more urgent: it can push the screen off the case, so a lifted display is often the first sign. Stop charging it and bring it in.
A watch that will not charge may have a worn battery, a failed charging coil, dirty back contacts, or a bad charger. The diagnostic isolates which, so you do not pay for the wrong part.
A Digital Crown or side button that sticks or stops clicking is usually fouled by sweat, sunscreen, or grit. We clean and free the crown, or replace the assembly.
The back crystal holds the heart-rate and charging sensors. If it cracks or lifts, we repair or replace the back glass and confirm the sensors still read correctly after resealing.
Any watch that has been opened, or whose seals have aged, can lose its factory water resistance. We reseal with fresh adhesive where the model allows, but no shop can certify original factory water resistance after service.
